Desert Heretic does not accept any responsibility for missing/lost packages. Tracked/registered shipping services can be arranged by contacting the page prior to ordering items. Buyers who opt for non-tracked/registered shipping methods unfortunately have no recourse in the rare event of an order not arriving and will not be entitled to a refund.

Royal Mail estimate the following regarding typical delivery times:

- UK: 2 to 3 working days
- Europe: 7+ working days
- RoW: 7 to 21 working days (possibly up to 6+ weeks depending on location and customs)

Orders made by individuals outside of the UK may be required to pay an import fee or customs duties. These taxes may result in a delay in receiving your order.
